He is survived by his daughters Carole Tustanowski (Butch Threadgill) and Glenna Tustanowski, his sister Leona Petersen, his niece Michele Zeni Davis and her family who helped care for him in his declining years, many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Catherine Tustanowski, his brothers, Nick and Paul (Jeanette), his sister, Rosemary Zeni (Charles), his brother-in-law Dale Petersen, his grandson, Ryan Filipiak, and his stepson Michael Gardner. Joe was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He donated his body to St. Louis University. Services
